After many years of working as a professional photographer, I started my undergraduate degree at Iowa State University in 2018. I graduated Summa cum Laude in 2021 with my B.A. in linguistics and a minor in philosophy. Currently, I'm working as a Machine Learning Data Linguist at Amazon Web Services while pursuing my M.A. in linguistics at the University of Colorado Boulder.
I'm most interested in topics within sociolinguistics and using natural language processing techniques to analyze language data pertaining to those topics. These include areas such as gender, identity, semantics, and the philosophy of language.
This page is meant to showcase some of the projects I completed during my studies.
